There are three main stations in the city centre: Piccadilly, Oxford Road and Victoria. With direct rail services from across the country, getting here is easy. Operators include: TransPennine Express, CrossCountry Trains, Great Western Railway and Northern Rail.
National Express and Megabus provide services from all over the country into Chorlton Street Coach Station in the heart of the city centre.

Visa letters will only be issued to attendees who have paid their registration fee in full.
Invitation Letters
If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, contact the conference manager by email at: [email protected]. In your email, provide the following information:
- Complete name
- Mailing address
- Accepted paper number (if applicable)
- Accepted paper title (if applicable)
- Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application
You must first register for the conference before an invitation letter is issued. Once registered, please forward your registration confirmation email and paper title with a request for the invitation letter to Coral Miller at [email protected].
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend IEEE FLEPS 2021. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter.
